Paul S. Zuckerman co-founded the firm in 1995 with law school classmate John C. Carpenter.  Born in Huntington, New York, Mr. Zuckerman, has practiced personal injury litigation in Southern California for more than a decade, handling thousands of cases. 

Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Zuckerman was an associate at Mommaerts & Rutledge where he practiced insurance defense.  After several years, Mr. Zuckerman realized his heart was not invested in defending insurance companies.  He formed the firm out of an obsession with championing individuals’ rights against large corporate interests.  His representation has resulted in notable six- and seven-figure recoveries for his clients.

Mr. Zuckerman received his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Southern California.  He graduated Southwestern University School of Law in 1991.

Mr. Zuckerman spends his free time with his wife and two young
children and collects classic cars.
